Collaboration

I admire how Paris luxury fashion house, Balmain reign over the whole globe for the last 2 weeks with its collaboration with H&M and driving #Balmaination manias in every media. The futuristic art direction for the collaboration campaign speaks well with the brand language and of course, the celebrities #girlsquard starring Kendall Jenner, GiGi Hadid and Jourdan Dunn which is every girl dream team. 

Sadly, I'm not the Balmain girl. 



When everyone thought of Paris fashion, first pop up in their mind will be Chanel, Dior, Balmain ( go over to H&M page if you still living under the rock! ), Longchamp. Of course, these brands are the big bosses in Paris fashion, you can't escape from not knowing them. Let's take a break from all these bosses and look at a Paris homegrown brand that I discovered a year ago through a favourite music band of mine, Citizen!. It became my best friend in fashion, who knows it will be yours too! Introducing you, Maison Kitsuné 

Skip the 'press release' session for Maison Kitsuné. My point for today, is that exciting collaboration not necessarily has to be done between two fashion houses. Maison Kitsuneé has done many collaborations ranging from fashion to food.
